Inheritance Tax

This tax is payable on estates over £285,000 (from 06/04/06) in net value, subject to certain exemptions and reliefs.

We can advise on how the effects of this tax can be reduced or even avoided totally in some cases. Such action is best taken before death but in some circumstances action can be taken after death to reduce Inheritance Tax Liability.
