Somes cases we have recently dealt with

Mrs S: an elderly lady, tripped in a hole in the road. She fractured her elbow and had to have surgery. Her claim was recently settled for £17,500.

Miss H: was travelling to work on a bus, when a car drove into the bus and caused an accident. She suffered muscular sprains to her back. Her claim was recently settled for just under £2,000.

Mr C: tripped over an area of defective paving and fractured his ribs. He received £3,750.

Mr D: was assaulted at work and suffered a back injury. He received over £7,500.

Mrs R: tripped over a defective paving stone and suffered cuts and bruises to her face and knees, as well as being very shocked and distressed. She received £1,750.
