Licensing

We deal with all aspects of Licensing for public houses, clubs and other licensed premises. The Licensing Act 2003 requires premises from the 24th November 2005 to have a premises license and the person running the premises to possess a personal license. These licenses are now dealt with by the Local Authority and not the Police and Courts.
